30-day returns

If something isn't right, you can return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to start a return

Email hello@lattepaws.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Hygiene note

For the safety of all pups, items must be clean and free of hair/pet odour to be eligible for return.
